Aigo’s N500 Maemo MID

Posted on 26 January 2010 By admin

aigomeamoRunning what must be Maemo 4 on a Marvell PXA310 (ARMv6) processor doesn’t sound like a ground-breaking feature set to me. The last time I tested a device using that CPU I wasn’t impressed.

If you want a relatively small but slow (and we assume, cheap) MID with 3G, this Aigo N500 is an option, yes, but we’d recommend waiting or looking at the N900, a far far better device, despite the slightly smaller screen. If you don’t need 3G, take a look at the far more capable Archos 5 Android Tablet and save yourself a few hundred dollars too!

Aigo launches feature-packed N500 Maemo MID.
